Approved Historic Hotel Project In Sao Roque – São Miguel Island

Historic manor house located on the island of São Miguel with project approved for a boutique hotel project.

The property is located at a high point that allows for a privileged view over the island.

The approved project for the rehabilitation of the existing infrastructures aims to install a charming hotel unit with 10 rooms and 20 touristic flats, being of these 4 T3, 2 T1 and 14 T2, totalizing an overall number of 50 beds, with a swimming pool, support equipment, garden areas and 43 parking spaces.

There is the possibility of enlarging the existing Manor House in order to increase the number of rooms up to a minimum of 50 units, as well as to build 20 additional tourist flats, of which 14 are of the type T2, 4 T3 and 2 T1, for a total of 40 accommodation units.

This project allows for European Community funding to be applied for.
